If you are a potential client, then you or someone you care about may have been unfortunate enough to be contemplating legal action to seek justice. Contact us today for a free, no obligation and confidential consultation so that we can demonstrate how our experience and expertise will help you get the best result.
Settlement or Court?
Our experience shows that aiming for a well prepared trial in Court is the best way to achieve a fair and just settlement. In contrast, aiming for a settlement often results in a poor result. You may not want to take your case to Court. However, engaging a lawyer who has many other clients who are eager to pursue the best result, to a trial in the Court if necessary, will make a favourable settlement more likely in your case.
How to Deal with Insurers
Insurance companies exist to make profits for their shareholders. As a result, they will defend themselves with lawyers who they think will do that effectively. More compensation for you, means less money for their shareholders. Compensation law is adversarial. However, we enjoy this, so we are the right people to be on your side throughout this process.
We Listen to our Clients
We listen to our clients and answer their questions. We are smart, efficient, inventive and we can work out what to do. This means Brighton Langley only employs the smartest and toughest people who have already demonstrated the ability to come up with inventive solutions to problems they have not seen before. We actively help our staff progress in their legal careers. Brighton Langley only employs people who enjoy helping clients and don’t shy away from tough cases. As a result, we have very low staff turnover and assist law student staff into successful lawyer careers.
