![]() | Bartholomew Lee, principal Bartholomew Lee graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (‘QUT’) law school. He became a solicitor in September 2009 and principal in December 2017. Bart worked in three other compensation law practices during his career and was previously employed to established a new law practice as a non-owner employee. He now manages Brighton Langley and controls his own case file numbers. This means he is able to deliver top quality legal services to clients without delay. Bart is a keen road cyclist having Everested Mt Coot-tha twice (just for fun, and then again). He is a joint inventor and the ‘engineer’ behind a bite resistant 3D printed chew treat holder for dogs. It was made as a hobby to solve a choking problem for his sister’s French bulldog Peanut. It turned out to be worth patenting and is now a business run by his family. Bart completed half of a software engineering and creative industries double degree, before switching to law. He is very determined, likes helping the little guy and enjoys solving tough problems. Chelsea Bellamy, solicitor Chelsea became a solicitor in September 2024 and now conducts a broad range of client cases including cases involving very significant outlays on expert evidence, litigation risk and complex scientific and machanical issues. She assisted with a 7 day Supreme Court trial in February 2024 and then ran a sucessful 3 day QIRC trial with Counsel in September 2024 in Dodd v Workers’ Compensation Regulator [2024] QIRC 273. She has experience with obtaining extensions for clients who have missed the time limit for making their claim. Chelsea studied Law and Biomedical Science student at QUT. She topped her biology class in senior high school and also enjoyed art and english. Chelsea enjoys nature, photography and the outdoors and volunteers her time to assist with scientific studies that will promote the preservation of endangered native animals. She has a special interest in Quolls and has studied the impact of predictive policing on indigenous Australians. She has been with us since August 2023. | |
Panna Biri, law student Panna is a fourth year QUT law student, having graduated from Murrumba State Secondary College with straight A’s. She was awarded dux of the school at graduation and was dux of her year in Grade 10. Panna assists with a wide range of compensation law cases and has experience with admiralty law and obtaining extensions for clients who have missed the time limit for making their claim. She is fluent in Hungarian and has studied Spanish, Italian and Japanese at a beginner level. Outside of law, Panna enjoys reading, swimming and travel. Panna has been with us since November 2022. | |
Noor Ibrahim, paralegal Noor is a paralegal and has been with us since November 2023. She assists with motor accident claims, the administrative aspects of clients’ cases and manages appointments, flights and accomodation. | |
